New Travel Photograph: Almodovar Castle
Surrounded by olive trees and bathed in sunlight, Castillo de Almodóvar del Río stands proudly atop a hill in the south of Spain. The castle, of Muslim origin, is in the town of Almodóvar del Río, Province of Córdoba, Spain. Previously a Roman fort, the current structure has Berber origins, in the year 760.
