Scarborough Castle is a former medieval Royal fortress on a rocky promontory overlooking the North Sea in North Yorkshire, England. Built by Robert de Tattershall in 1231, Tattershall Castle has its origins in either a stone castle or a fortified manor house. The summer sun, high in a clear, blue sky, shines through Laburnum trees outside the Gothenburg Cathedral in Sweden’s historic city. Gothenburg Cathedral is the seat of the bishop for the diocese of Gothenburg of the Church of Sweden. The main building was completed in 1633 and the current steeple completed in 1643.
