Last night of Scotland tour 2015
We had a great time shooting from Calton Hill after sunset last evening, our final night in Edinburgh. Scotland is really wonderful and can’t wait to go back again!

I love shooting around historic castle properties! I found some really nice angles at Stirling Castle.
During our photo tour of Scotland we visited the Cambus O’May cheese company near Balmoral. They make incredible artisan cheeses and the tour was really fun and educational. Maybe not surprisingly, the tour ended with a cheese tasting paired with Laphroaig whisky–a great combination!
Our group is having a fantastic time on our photo tour of Scotland! Great accommodations, amazing food and lots of laughs. And, of course, some spectacular photo opportunities. Here are a few snaps from my iPhone — stay tuned for finished images after we get home.
We’ve just arrived in Glasgow to kick off our latest custom photo workshop!
We’re hosting two couples from the US (photographers and non-photos alike) for a 16-day Grand Tour of Scotland.
I’ll do my best to post images throughout the trip, so stay tuned.
In the meantime, here’s a sunset view of Edinburgh Castle from another recent trip to Scotland.

Last full day in Galicia, Spain. Home to England tomorrow afternoon.
It’s been a wonderful photo tour with great clients and we all made images we’re happy with. Couldn’t ask for more!
Here are the last few iPhone snaps… I’ll be posting fine art photographs from the trip in the coming weeks, stay tuned!
